Responsibilities: Liaison between the client and ERDMAN's multi-disciplinary team. Owner representation and program management. Provide strategic council that focusses on achieving the client's capital investment goals and desired outcomes.

Tasks/Skills: Manage the capital improvement from conception, through entitlements, completion, and occupancy. Facilitate contract negotiations for architectural, engineering, construction, and consultant services. Maintain project schedules and budget. Contract methodologies for consultants, sub-contractors, and general contractors.

Civil Department Manager

2014 - 2017

Responsibilities: Department leadership and management for a team of licensed professional Civil Engineers.

Tasks/Skills: Staffing, performance reviews and recruiting. Department activities include site design, engineering, estimating and construction support. Engineering licensure in forty-three states. Process improvement and quality control.

Project Engineering Manager

2007 - 2014

Responsibilities: Representation for multi-discipline teams of engineers in the design, development, and construction of ambulatory facilities.

Tasks/Skills: Broad understanding of all mechanical, electrical, plumbing, structural and architectural systems, details, and specifications. Facilitate owner decision and value engineering along with being an advocate for innovation and creativity. Coordinate and contract outside resources and consultants. Facility assessment and reporting. Successfully achieved LEED certification on two medical office facilities.

Project Construction Manager

1999 - 2005

Responsibilities: Design and construction activities for a Master planned 450 unit residential/commercial neighborhood.

Tasks/Skills: Construction cost estimating, representation at city council, permits and entitlements along with contract and bid negotiations for construction services. Coordination of all field operations.

Project Civil Engineer/Senior Civil Engineer

1994 - 2007

Responsibilities: Provide leadership and support for the department with regards to process improvement, quality control of documents, design standards and technical engineering support.

Tasks/Skills: Site feasibility study, site planning, and construction documents. Obtain all required permits, provide geotechnical design recommendations. Design of site lighting, storm water management, detention basins, road, municipal infrastructure, retaining walls and pavement. Cut and fill calculations, estimating, site grading and erosion control.

Owner and operator of a family-owned +lawn service I started at the age of twelve. Services provided include all aspects of turf and property maintenance and management.
