Owner Representative

As an owner’s representative, LPM serves as an extension of your team throughout the life of a project. My top priorities are to provide guidance and expertise that will represent the owner’s interests and ensure a successful project based on the defined criteria.

LPM provides organizations with the value-added resources needed to ensure a successful project. For organizations that don’t have the required depth of resources to manage each component of the project, LPM serves as an extension of your team.

LPM will provide on-site representation to ensure that all phases of the project proceed according to the contract documents, on time, and within budget. Working as your advocate, LPM enables clients to focus on their core business activities during the project with minimal distraction.

LPM has hands-on experience that applies throughout each phase of a project. LPM provides clients with the technical knowledge and organizational skills that enable the client to make informed and timely, quality decisions.
